High up in the northernmost end of the fertile McGregor valley and cradled amidst the Protea  strewn slopes of the Riviersonderend Mountains lies Lord's Winery and our beckoning vineyards.

The Klein Karoo has never been more generous, for this is real "terroir",   where nature's bounty has chosen high altitude for cooler temperatures.  Where sun, water, soil and slopes are melded and work in perfect harmony to produce iconic and world class wines!

You reach Lord's Winery by travelling through the picturesque village of McGregor and continuing for a further ten kilometers along the 'Road to Nowhere'. The vineyard is 500 m above sea level - the highest in the Robertson Valley.
